Growing up, I enjoyed spending time with my sister for instance, we enjoyed helping our grandma cook and afterwards we would help her out washing the dishes using a step stool.

I had a passionate interest in drawing and painting. I would look up drawing tutorials online and from there practiced and enjoyed it.

My parents have been supportive of my sister and I with school. We would complete our homework in our room and have dinner as soon as my parents come home from work.

As a kid, I would always see my grandma taking care of my sister and I while my parents are working. She would usually be busy such as cleaning and making sure we had clothes that were washed and dried.

As I got older, my dad taught me how to drive and he would give me advice on how to switch lanes, turn, read the signs, etc. and he was very helpful when it came to driving.

My family have always been helping out others such as our neighbors and whatever they need we would always help each other out whether its necessities such as food and water.

I have truly been thankful for my family for everything they do for me and having pictures up in the living room to remember the memories we had as a family.

Before I was born, my family lived in an apartment and always been working hard to hopefully buy the house of their dreams. Within the years they finally made their dreams come true and purchased our home.

As I got older, I had to take care of my responsibilities and learn them along the way such as how to do my hair, how to apply makeup, learning how to tie shoes, and brushing my teeth.

I enjoy going out with my friends whether I’m on break from school or on the weekend, I love going to the mall especially buying clothes and shoes for school or to wear it when I have plans.

As a kid, I had so many toys at home and would cherish them until I got older and didn’t play with them anymore. I had to donate them to other kids who are in need of toys and dolls with clothes and hair accessories such as bows to play dress up with.

I enjoy looking back at old photos and reminiscing about the good times I had with my family, especially always sneaking into my parents room at night, opening up their door.

I always appreciate everything that I have in my life such as people gifting me with clothes, shoes, and jewelry because I love dressing up and expressing myself.

As my parents would get out from work, my parents would always help me with my homework every night we would sit on a desk and they would make sure that I did my homework correctly.

My grandma felt like a second mom to me while my parents would be at work. She would make sure that I ate properly, shower, and she would also help me change in the bathroom because I didn’t know how to yet.

My parents would be playful with my sister and I but at times I would be crying for everything and I would get tired and they would try to put me to sleep with my favorite blanket as a kid.

As a kid, I would always like using my mom’s closet for clothes or shoes but I specifically would always wear her jewelry rings. I would want to keep them and never lose them because it’s something precious that I can keep for the rest of my life.

As I wake up every morning, I get up to use the bathroom and make sure I brush my teeth and wash my face using the sink and as I finish up I peek at my window and hear the birds chirping as the sun rises as I get ready to go to school.

My parents have always been overprotective of my sister and I and we would always run around the house playing but then sometimes we always have accidents like tripping over the extension cord when we know we shouldn’t be running around.

As I got older, my style throughout my whole life has changed. I would be dressing up girly to tomboy wearing a cross necklace but then I tried dressing up again as girly and I still feel like my style is all over the place.

There were some times in my life where I wasn’t myself and all I wanted to do was to forget about it but whenever I have my headphones and play some music it makes me feel relaxed and calmed.

As I got older, I always wanted to learn how to do makeup because I would always watch my sister do hers and didn’t know what I was doing. I would put hair clips on my hair and watch tutorials on how to apply it or ask my mom for help as well.

My home has a special place in my heart but once I move out in the future I’m going to miss the memories and life I had especially when my family would always have parties such as birthdays, holidays like Halloween.

My parents would always tell me to invite some friends over for a hangout or my birthday because they would want me to have fun and my friends felt so welcomed into my home.

After I got older, I now have younger cousins that my grandma takes care of and they sometimes remind me of myself when I was their age but grew up differently I would be playing outside by the trees in the yard to now playing on electric devices.

I had so many good memories that I will in the future tell my future kids all about my childhood home and how special it is to bond with one another and continue to have fun and cherish it for the rest of your life.
